Portable IBC Tipper

This IBC Tipper allows operators to completely drain the contents of an IBC, avoiding any wastage of expensive materials. The manual-hydraulic tipping mechanism can be used to decant IBCs weighing up to 1,000kg.

Fork layout and construction

The forks on this unit are both robust and suitable for loads of up to 1000kg. Suitable for IBCs with an open base, the forks are fixed in place and have a width of 540mm to fit beneath standard 1000-litre IBC containers. Operators position the IBC tipper beneath the load, secure a ratchet strap around the container and then pump the handle to begin tipping the container.

We can offer an ATEX version of this IBC Tipper, suitable for use in zone 1, 2, 21 and 22 environments. This version will have earthing chains and full ATEX documentation.
